Welcome to ADR Solutions Ireland.

We are a modern, dynamic, cost-effective solutions-focused agency who operate the principles of mediation to help those in conflict resolve their issues and reach a mutually beneficial solution.

Unlike some practitioners we dont work on the normal 9-5. We appreciate that its not always possible to work on resolution during a working day-to assist with that we offer fully flexible services from 07.00-22.00, 7 days a week.

All practitioners are accredited members of the Mediators Institute of Ireland.

ADR Solutions Ireland’s principal practitioner is fully insured to operate as a mediator in Ireland.

We offer the following services:

• Mediation (interpersonal conflict, community conflicts, directors conflicts, workplace conflicts)

• Workplace Investigations

• Designated Support Person (supporting people making decisions in difficult high pressure situations where they need an additional person to be with them. eg workplace relations commission).
