John Dunne B.L.

Principal Practitioner

About me:

I have many years experience in the legal and regulatory arena and I have helped in many resolutions involving the workplace, individuals and helping those who need support during difficult decision processes (eg Workplace Relations Commission and making medical decisions).

If you choose to engage with me, I operate on an understanding and empathic basis where all parties to a complaint will be heard and understood.

I work on a solutions focused premise (as long as that is a shared common goal between the parties).

Conflict is inevitable in all walks of life, and communication break down occurs on a daily basis but if we can identify it, discuss it and resolve it - that will help return the parties to a pre-conflict process.

In compliance with section 136 of the Legal Services Regulatory Authority Act 2015, I remain a statutorily registered Barrister who is authorised to offer legal services in Ireland. My main areas of work involved criminal trial law, civil law, personal injuries law, proceeds of crime cases and cases involving the Residential Industries Redress Board. Please note that if I am engaged as a Mediator, I can not offer your any legal advice as that would interfere with my impartiality and neutrality in the mediation process.

I am the Principal Mediator of ADR Solutions Ireland.
